Qommodities LLC Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Qommodities LLC (“Qommodities,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a commodity trading advisor registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA”). This policy describes the information we collect through our website and signal delivery interface (“Services”).

2. Information We Collect

Our website is a static page with no forms or accounts. Standard server logs and aggregate traffic metrics may be recorded by our hosting provider. Any request to our signal delivery interface is logged, whether or not it is authorized. For each request, these logs record the time, method, path, originating IP address, response returned, and identifier of any recognized API key.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell the information we collect or share it for advertising. Its only uses are for operating and securing the Services and meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Categories of Recipients

We disclose the information we collect only to the following:

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our instructions.
• Regulators, self-regulatory organizations, and other parties where required by law or legal process.
• Professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Services, satisfy applicable CFTC and NFA recordkeeping requirements, and fulfill other legal obligations. Information may be retained longer where necessary in connection with a legal dispute, investigation, or preservation obligation.

6. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of information in our possession. Access is limited to authorized persons and service providers with a legitimate operational or legal need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may revise this policy periodically. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
